Pentagon Protection PLC ('Pentagon Protection' or the 'Company')


Director Shareholding


Pentagon Protection, the global specialist in the supply and installation of
enhanced glass protection, announces that it has placed 26,000,000 new ordinary
shares of 0.1 pence nominal value at 1 pence per share with K&C Corporation Pte
Ltd ('K&C'), the Singapore based company that is 100% owned by Mr. Chunlin Liu,
a Director of the Company.


Following the placing, K&C holds 41,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 10.1%
per cent. of the Company's issued and voting ordinary share capital.  This makes
K&C the largest shareholder of Pentagon Protection.


Application for the shares has been made to AIM and the shares are expected to
commence trading on Monday 3rd March.


Mr Liu commented: 'I am very happy to make this further commitment to Pentagon.
The purchase of these shares illustrates my continued confidence in the 
Company.'

Mr. Liu joined the board of Pentagon Protection in November 2007.  Mr Liu is
Managing Director of K&C Corporation Pte Ltd, the Singaporean consulting
engineering firm that advises on the design of structures, risk assessment, and
the mitigation of blast, impact, and shock loads, such as might occur in a
terrorist attack.
