Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 31 July 2008 that Graham Bannerman, former Chief Executive Officer of Pentagon, has transferred 6,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company to K&C Corporation Pte Ltd ('K&C'), the Singapore based company that is 100% owned by Mr. Chunlin Liu, Deputy Chairman of the Company, at nil cost.  The transfer became effective on 31 July 2008.  Chunlin Liu is now interested in a total of 52,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 10.58% of the Company's issued and voting ordinary share capital.
