Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed yesterday that Alan Nicholl bought 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company yesterday at 0.73p per share.  The Company was subsequently informed today that Alan Nicholl has bought a further 1,000,000 shares in the Company today at 0.72p per share. Alan is now interested in a total of 3,232,002 ordinary shares, representing 0.8% of the Company's issued and voting ordinary share capital.
