Board Appointment

Pentagon Protection, the global specialist in the supply and installation of
enhanced glass protection, announces Mr. Chunlin Liu, aged 39, has been elected
to the main Board of Pentagon Protection.  Mr Liu is Managing Director of K&C
Protective Technologies Pte Ltd (KCPT), Singapore, and concurrently the Vice
President of Karagozian & Case, Burbank, California, in charge of Asia Pacific
marketing and products development.

Mr Liu has more than 17 years work experience in the field of security
engineering, blast mitigation, protective technologies related to
anti-terrorism, construction management and technologies. In recent years Mr Liu
has focused on project management in security engineering and blast protection.

The association with Mr. Liu and KCPT strengthens the presence that Pentagon
already has in the Far East and establishes a permanent base from which to
launch its services throughout the region.

As previously announced 15 million new Ordinary Shares at £0.008p per share were
placed with K&C Corporation Pte Ltd, raising a total of £120,000. This
shareholding represents 4.6% of the enlarged share capital of the company.

The business and geographical coverage of KCPT are highly complementary to
Pentagon.  KCPT is a consulting engineering firm that advises on the design of
structures, risk assessment, and the mitigation of blast, impact, and shock
loads, such as might occur in a terrorist attack. Karagozian & Case, KCPT's well
established US-based sister company, is a leading firm in the business of
designing Government and commercial facilities to resist terrorist attacks and
has a  research and development division which focuses on blast and impact
testing on conventional and hardened structures, the design of new
anti-terrorist devices and threat mitigation concepts, and generation of new
tools to aid the engineering community in designing facilities that are more
terrorist-resistant.
