                        Agency Agreement in Egypt

Pentagon Protection Plc ('Pentagon' or 'the Company'), the provider of safety
and security products for commercial, architectural and automotive glass,
announces that it has concluded a significant agency agreement with Delta
Electronic Systems Co., (DESCO) in Cairo, to represent the company within the
territory of Egypt.  DESCO is one of Egypt's leading suppliers of security
products and solutions to protect prestigious buildings and individuals for both
Government, civil and multinational corporations throughout the country.

DESCO's Chairman is General Medhat Morshed, former head of Egypt's National
Security Council and one of the Company's most respected experts in the field of
security for buildings and personnel. Said General Morshed: 'Working in
partnership with Pentagon Protection will enable DESCO to be at the forefront in
introducing substantial and highly beneficial solutions throughout Egypt to
protect our people further from terrorist attack.'

Graham Bannerman, Pentagon Protection's Chief Executive, commented 'We are
delighted to have been chosen by DESCO to provide our bomb-blast protection
expertise and products into Egypt and expect to fulfil many substantial
contracts over the next few years in concert with General Morshed and his team.'

Pentagon products include proprietary FT 800 bomb blast film and anchoring
systems for construction companies, and leading building curtain wall designs
and its Supaglass, for the motor industry for anti-theft.  Last June, the
Company won contracts in Dubai for a well-known office and shopping complex and
for a number of oil services and oil and gas multinationals in the Middle East
to protect the glass of their office buildings.
