In accordance with Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure
and Transparency Rules, the Company was informed on 26 February 2008 that City
Equities Ltd was beneficially interested in 35,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p
in the Company, representing 9.3% of the Company's issued ordinary and voting
share capital.

Subsequently, the Company was also informed on 26 February 2008 that City
Equities Ltd no longer had a notifiable interest in the issued ordinary and
voting share capital of the Company.
