                     Appointment of distributor in Russia





Pentagon Protection, the global specialist in the supply and installation of
enhanced glass protection, announces the appointment of Ronix Standart ('Ronix')
as its distributor in Russia.



Ronix is a specialist in security, access control and protection systems with
clients that include banks, hotels, airports, shopping centres and offices.
Ronix will sell Pentagon's glass containment films and edge retention products,
including the exclusive Pentagon EliteTM and Pentagon SelectTM, and also
introduce Pentagon's new range of energy saving coatings.



Pentagon will commence an intensive sales, technical and application training
programme with Ronix at the end of August 2007.



In conjunction with the appointment of Ronix, Pentagon Protection has been
working with a well-known petro-chemical organisation in providing its blast
mitigation solutions and Pentagon has been awarded a contract for the supply of
its FT800TM blast mitigation film which will be secured in place with the Elite
TM anchoring.



Alan Nicholl, Pentagon's Chairman commented: 'We see Ronix as a very good fit
for Pentagon as its client base already includes many of the businesses for whom
Pentagon regularly works elsewhere in the world. Pentagon has been strengthening
its presence in overseas markets and we are confident Ronix will be able to
