Resignation of Non-Executive Director and

Appointment of new Head of Operations

Pentagon Protection plc (AIM:PPR) announces that Patric Fransko has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.  Mr. Fransko cited his desire to concentrate on other business interests, preventing him from being able to fully contribute to the Company, as the reason for his resignation.

The Board intends to appoint a replacement non-executive director as soon as practicable.

Pentagon's Chairman, Mr Haytham ElZayn, commented:

"On behalf of the Board and the Company, I would like to thank Patric for the contributions he has made to the Company over the past four years and wish him well for the future.

The Board is also pleased to announce the non-Board appointment of Alan Bannister as Head of Operations. Mr Bannister will be responsible for operations across all divisions and will play a key role in the progression and strategy of the Group going forward.
