Trading update and notice of results

Pentagon Protection plc (AIM: PPR), the glass protection and security products and services specialist, announces that its final results for the year ended 30 September 2013 are now expected to be released by 21 February 2014 and are expected to be materially higher than market expectations.

Whilst Pentagon's Board of Directors is pleased with the results for the year ended 30 September 2013, trading in the current financial year has so far been below budget. The sales pipelines for each of the Company's three divisions continue to be strong and the Board is confident that a good number of projects will be converted into orders. There is an uncertainty however in the timing of these conversions which may have an impact on the Company's short term working capital.
