                               Additional Listing

Options over a total of 100,000 ordinary shares of the Company were exercised by
an employee today. Accordingly, application has been made for a total of 100,000
new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The 100,000 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to
commence on 9 January 2007.
