                               Additional Listing

Options over a total of 157,750 ordinary shares of the Company were exercised
today. Accordingly, application has today been made for a total of 157,750 new
ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

The 157,750 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to
commence on 4 April 2005.
