Further Admission of shares
The Company announces that an application has been made for a further admission of 74,834 new ordinary 3.5p shares ("Ordinary Shares"). This admission is pursuant to the vesting of awards under the ASOS Long Term Incentive Scheme.
The new Ordinary Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market on Monday 31 October 2022.
As at 27 October 2022, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 99,940,235 Ordinary Shares. The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 99,940,235.
The above figure of 99,940,235 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Following admission on Monday 31 October 2022, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital will consist of 100,015,069 Ordinary Shares.
