Board Appointments
* Peter Williams, former Chief Executive of Selfridges appointed to the
board
* Rob Bready appointed Retail Director
ASOS plc is pleased to announce the appointment of two new board directors.
Robert Bready formerly Head of Merchandising at ASOS is promoted to the board as
Retail Director. Rob joined ASOS in July 2005 from Arcadia where he had
previously been Head of Merchandising for Miss Selfridge.
In addition, Peter Williams, former Chief Executive of Selfridges, joins the
board as a non executive director. Peter joined Selfridges in 1991 as Finance
Director and was made Chief Executive in 2003.
Nick Robertson, the Chief Executive of ASOS, commenting on the appointments
said:

instrumental in building our retail team and Peter is a highly respected

The following information is required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 of the
AIM rules:
Robert Bready, age 37, has an option to subscribe for 160,000 ordinary shares of
3.5p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at an exercise price of 53p per
share. These options were issued in July 2005 under the terms of the Company's
approved share option scheme and can be exercised after the second anniversary
from the date of grant.
Peter Wodehouse Williams, age 52, has been granted an option to subscribe for
100,000 ordinary shares of 3.5p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at an
exercise price of 94.5p per share. These options have been issued under the
terms of the Company's unapproved share option scheme and can be exercised after
the second anniversary from the date of grant. Peter is a Director of GCAP Media
plc and Capital Charities. In the last 5 years Peter has held directorships at;
Selfridges & Co Limited, Selfridges Limited, Selfridges Retail Limited,
Selfridges Retail Services Limited, Selfridges Trustee Company Limited,
Selfridges (2) Limited, Selfridges (3) Limited, The New West End Company,
British Retail Consortium and Woodhouse UK plc.
