Awards under Performance Share Plan
On 29 November 2006, ASOS granted awards under the ASOS Performance Share Plan
2006 (the 'PSP'), further details of which are set out below. These awards
comprise conditional allocations of ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') which will vest on the third anniversary of grant,
subject to the satisfaction of the relevant performance conditions set by the
remuneration committee.

Robert Bready, Retail Director £75,000
Jonathan Kamaluddin, Finance Director £60,500
The Ordinary Shares to satisfy the above awards will be purchased by the trustee
of the PSP in the market in accordance with the rules of the PSP, and a further
appropriate announcement will be made in due course.
