The Company has been informed that Nick Robertson, Chief Executive Officer, has
today entered into a contract to transfer 9,895,056 ordinary shares of 3.5 pence
each in the Company to a family trust. As a result of the above transaction,
Nick Robertson's interest in ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company
remains unchanged at 9,895,057, representing approximately 13.51 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company.
