ASOS Plc ("the Company") announces that Nicholas Robertson, Non-Executive Director, sold 150,000 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Share(s)") on Thursday 26 October 2017 at an average price of £56.62 pence per Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Robertson holds 5,046,414 Shares in the Company, representing 6.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
