Director/PDMR Shareholding
Following vesting of the ASOS Plc Long-Term Incentive Scheme (the "ALTIS"), measured over the performance period 1 September 2015 - 31 August 2018, the Company announces the following transaction in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. Further to the initial notification of this ALTIS award on 30 October 2015, the vesting is over conditional shares at nil cost, not options.
After this transaction, Nick Beighton, Chief Executive Officer, has an interest in 163,889 ordinary ASOS Plc shares.
