The Company was notified today that, ahead of a residential property purchase,
Quentin John Griffiths, Director, today sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 8.25p
per share by private sale. Mr Griffiths now holds 9,002,571 ordinary shares in
the Company, representing 13.24% of the Company's issued share capital.
