BOARD CHANGES
ASOS, a leading online fashion retailer, is pleased to announce the appointment
of Jonathan Damian Kamaluddin as Finance Director, effective from 1st November
2004. Following a transitional period, John Morgan, the current Finance
Director, will step down from the Board and resign as a director.
Jon Kamaluddin, 31, began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he qualified as a
Chartered Accountant.
Jon then joined Marks & Spencer Group plc, where he spent 3 years in a number of
finance positions including Head of Finance for the per una brand.
Most recently he was Finance Controller of Nutrinnovator Holdings plc.

Over the last 41/2 years, John Morgan has made a tremendous contribution to the

highly profitable company.
We particularly appreciate that John has agreed to stay with us for the next two
months to ensure a satisfactory handover to Jon Kamaluddin. As John has a young
family, he is planning to work closer to his home in Wiltshire and we wish him
well for the future.'
There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2 of the AIM
Rules.
