Board Changes
ASOS, a leading internet based fashion retailer, is pleased to announce it has
appointed Greg Conway as an executive director with specific responsibilities
for the supply chain.
Gregory James Conway, age 57, was previously UK Managing Director of Textured
Jersey Limited.
Nicky Wilkins, the Logistics Director, has today resigned from the board.
Nick Robertson, the Chief Executive of ASOS, commented:
'Greg joins us at a time when ASOS is going through a period of rapid expansion
and I am delighted that we have found someone with his broad range of skills to
work with us in developing the Group.
Nicky Wilkins has today stepped down from the Board. Nicky has agreed to stay
with us for the next six months, which will see us through the Christmas period
and ensure a smooth handover. I would like to thank her for her contribution to
the continuing success of ASOS.'
Greg is also a director of Carisbrooke Mews Management Company Limited.
