Awards under Performance Share Plan
Following the announcement on 29 November, the trustee of the ASOS Performance
Share Plan 2006 (the 'PSP') has purchased 228,809 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence
each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in the market (100,000 at a price of
100.25 pence per share and 128,809 at a price of 105 pence per share). Following
these transactions, the trustee of the PSP holds a total of 228,809 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.32% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital.
In accordance with the previous announcement, the following directors of the
Company are potential beneficiaries under the PSP and are therefore treated as
having the following interests in such Ordinary Shares:
