                      Awards under Performance Share Plan

On 10 July 2007, ASOS granted awards under the ASOS Performance Share Plan 2006
(the 'PSP'), further details of which are set out below. These awards comprise
conditional allocations of ordinary shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') which will vest on the third anniversary of grant, subject
to the satisfaction of the relevant performance conditions set by the
remuneration committee.

Note:

For the purposes of determining the number of Ordinary Shares comprised in an
Award, the market value of an Ordinary Share shall be equal to the average of
the middle-market quotation of an Ordinary Share on the dealing day immediately
preceding the Grant Date; being 120p on 9 July 2007.

The Ordinary Shares to satisfy the above awards will be purchased by the trustee
of the PSP in the market in accordance with the rules of the PSP, and a further
appropriate announcement will be made in due course.
