The Company was advised today that Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc ('Hoodless
Brennan') had yesterday purchased 4,200,000 ordinary shares of the Company and
sold 396,000 ordinary shares of the Company.

Hoodless Brennan's total interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company is now 3,804,000 ordinary shares, which represents 6.17 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
