The Company was advised today that Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc ('Hoodless
Brennan') has today sold 565,900 ordinary shares of the Company.

Hoodless Brennan's total interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company is now 1,651,00 ordinary shares, which represents 2.68 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital. Hoodless Brennan, therefore no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Company.
