ASOS was advised on 17 October 2004 that Grahger Capital International
Investment Pty Ltd ('Grahger') purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of the Company
on 14 October 2004.

Following the above purchase, Grahger is now interested in a total of 2,325,000
ordinary shares of the Company, representing 3.33 per cent. of the issued share
capital of the Company.
