ASOS was advised today that Quentin Griffiths sold 1,300,000 ordinary shares of
the Company at 65p per share on 15 September 2004 to satisfy institutional
demand.

Mr Griffiths now has an interest in 7,350,000 ordinary shares, representing
10.53 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
