ASOS plc ('ASOS' or 'the Company')
Holding in Company
The Company has been informed that, following a fund closure registered under
the name of State Street Bank and Trading Company, London, Fidelity
International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries now hold a total
of 6,745,689 ordinary shares, all non-beneficially, which represent
approximately 9.28 per cent. of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
Of the total shareholdings notified: 612,200 ordinary shares are held in the
name of Bank of New York Brussels; 294,000 ordinary shares are held in the name
of Northern Trust London; 234,000 are held in the name of Mellon Bank; 5,160,602
ordinary shares are held in the name of Brown Bros Harriman Ltd Lux; 399,087
ordinary shares are held in the name of Brown Brothers Harriman and Co; and
45,800 ordinary shares are held in the name of JP Morgan, Bournemouth.
