ASOS plc ('ASOS' or 'the Company')
Holding in Company
ASOS was advised on 10 October 2005 that Fidelity International Limited has
acquired 386,765 ordinary shares in the Company and now holds a total of
6,563,265 ordinary shares, which represent approximately 9.15 per cent. of the
entire issued share capital of the Company.
Of the total shareholding notified, 3,857,700 ordinary shares are held in the
name of JP Morgan, Bournemouth, 125,000 ordinary shares in the name of Brown
Brothers Harriman and Co, 2,461,765 ordinary shares in the name of Brown Bros
Harrimn Ltd Lux and 118,800 ordinary shares in the name of Clydesdale Bank plc.
