ASOS was advised on 18 May 2006 that William Christopher Currie had made the
following further acquisitions of ordinary shares in the Company:

   •on 15 May 2006 150,000 ordinary shares at 98p per share; and
   •on 16 May 2006 100,000 ordinary shares at 99p per share.

As a result of these further acquisitions, Mr Currie is now interested in a
total of 4,500,000 ordinary shares, which represent approximately 6.25 per cent.
of the issued share capital of the Company.
