ASOS was advised on 21 May 2007 that Mrs Catherine Currie has recently acquired
1,650,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 120p and accordingly Mr William
Christopher Currie, is now interested, in aggregate, in a total of 7,650,000
ordinary shares, which represents approximately 10.5 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company.
