ASOS was advised on 10 March 2006 that on that date William Christopher Currie
acquired a further 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 98p per share and
as a result is now interested in a total of 3,800,000 ordinary shares of the
Company, which represent approximately 5.3 per cent. of the issued share capital
of the Company.
