ASOS was advised on 11 July 2005 that Grahger Capital International Pty Ltd
purchased 275,000 shares in the Company. Grahger now holds 3,000,000 ordinary
shares in ASOS, which represents 4.18 per cent. of the entire issued share
capital of the Company.
