ASOS, a leading internet based fashion retailer, will be holding the Annual
General Meeting at 2.30 pm on Monday, 17 October 2005 at:

The Annual Report is being posted to shareholders this Wednesday, 14 September
2005 and the Annual General Meeting will provide an opportunity for shareholders
to see the new warehouse which is now fully operational.
