Notice of Full Year Results and Strategy Update
ASOS, the destination for fashion-loving 20-somethings around the world, will now announce its FY23 results on Wednesday 1 November 2023, one week later than previously announced. The short delay is to allow its auditor, PwC, to complete its planned testing. PwC has assured the Board that the outstanding procedures are limited in nature.
The performance for the period to 3 September 2023 is in-line with that reported at the post-close trading update on 26 September 2023, including:
- Full year adjusted group revenue of £3,538m;
- H2 adjusted EBIT of more than £38m, resulting in full year adjusted EBIT loss of no more than £31m;
- Inventory reduction of c.30% year-on-year; and
- Cash and undrawn facilities as at 3 September 2023 totalling £428m.
The analyst presentation for the FY23 results will be held at 9:30am on 1 November 2023 at ASOS HQ, Greater London House, NW1 7FB. This will include a strategy update hosted by CEO, José Antonio Ramos Calamonte, and will feature a series of short presentations from some of the ASOS senior management team who will provide a broader update on the medium-term outlook. For those unable to attend in person a live webcast will be available, and a recording of the presentation will be uploaded to the ASOS investor relations website afterwards.
