ASOS plc
Notice of interim results and leadership update
On 10 May 2023, ASOS plc ("ASOS" or "the Company") will report its interim results, along with an update on March and April trading and details of further progress against its Driving Change agenda.
As set out in its full year results on 19 October, a reinforced leadership and refreshed culture are core enablers of the Company's strategy. Over the last four months, ASOS has taken action to simplify the decision-making processes within the organisation while also building a stronger new Leadership Team with greater depth in critical areas. This 12-person team covers Creative, Product, Trading, Supply Chain, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, People and Communications, and will be focused on the delivery of the Driving Change initiatives. ASOS has now filled 75% of these roles through a balanced combination of internal talent and key strategic hires and will provide a full update at its interim results.
To provide additional support on its Driving Change agenda, until a permanent CFO is appointed, ASOS is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Glithero as interim CFO once Katy Mecklenburgh leaves in May. Sean has already joined the Company to allow for a thorough handover. He is a highly experienced CFO with a track record of delivery across a range of digital and fashion businesses. During his 28-year finance career, including ten years as a CFO, Sean has led large finance functions at businesses including Auto Trader Group PLC, Funding Circle Holdings PLC and, most recently, MatchesFashion.

An analyst presentation will be held at 09.30am on 10 May at ASOS HQ, Greater London House, NW1 7FB. For those unable to attend in person, a live webcast will be available, and a recording of the presentation will be uploaded to the investor relations website afterwards.
