Performance Share Plan

Under the ASOS Performance Share Plan 2006 (the "PSP"), the Company has been notified that the trustee of the plan has purchased 14,000 Ordinary Shares of 3.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a price of 1759.9951 pence per share. The settlement date for this transaction is 23 August 2011.  

Following this transaction, the trustee holds a total of 650,437 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.85% of the Company's Issued Ordinary Share capital.
