Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of DTR5.6.1R of the Transparency Directive, the Company notifies the market of the following:
As at 31 May 2019, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 83,872,275 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 83,872,275.
The above figure of 83,872,275 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
