AssetCo plc, (AIM : ASTO) the integrated support services provider to the Emergency Services, is pleased to confirm that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 and Notice of the 2009 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') has been sent to shareholders.
