AssetCo plc (AIM:ASTO), the specialist Fire and Rescue services provider, is pleased to confirm that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 and Notice of the 2010 Annual General Meeting ('AGM') has been sent to shareholders.
