                             Notice of Shareholding

The Company were informed on 31 January 2005 that Singer & Friedlander
Investment Management Limited disposed of 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Following this disposal, Singer & Friedlander Investment Management Limited is
now interested in 625,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 14.88 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
