                    AssetCo plc ('AssetCo' or the 'Company')
                                 Trading Update

AssetCo plc, (AIM : ASTO) a leading support services group to the UK Fire and
Rescue Authorities, provides a trading update on its financial performance ahead
of entering into the close period in respect of its half year ending 30
September 2007.

Trading in the period is ahead of our expectations.

We continue to develop contract opportunities with new Fire & Rescue Authorities
and have extended our services in excess of £50m with existing clients.

The Group, in line with our strategic plan, continues to pursue expansion by
acquisition. A number of small, but significant niche emergency services
acquisitions are in advanced stages of negotiation.

Interim Results are expected to be announced on 29 November 2007.
