Notification of director's share dealings
Would you please note that David Anthony Howard Brown, a director of the
company, has today purchased 868 ordinary shares of Associated British
Engineering plc at a price of £1.15 per share.
This increases his share holding in ordinary shares of the company from 100
shares to 968 shares.
