The Company announces the termination of employment of the Company's Finance
Director, Kirsten Good. This decision has been made in view of the significant
reduction in the work required, and the need for the Company to reduce its
overheads.

Following this termination, an agreement has been reached, and she has resigned
as Director and Company Secretary with effect from the 10th November 2003.

The Company also announces that Colin Weinberg has been appointed a
non-executive Director of the Company with effect from the 10th November 2003
with the main responsibility for the finance functions.

The Company further announces that the firm of Chartered Accountants, Hays
MacIntyre, have been appointed Company Secretary for the Company with effect
from the 10th November 2003.
