Associated British Foods plc, the international food, ingredients and retail
group, today announced the completion of its acquisition of The Billington Food
Group (Billington's) as announced on 27 May 2004. Billington's is one of
Europe's leading importers of traditional unrefined raw cane sugars for the
retail and manufacturing markets.
