Pursuant to the acquisition of BHE Developments Limited last year, an
application has been made for the admission of 464,644 ordinary shares of 10
pence each in the capital of Assura Group Limited ('Ordinary Shares') to be
admitted to the Official List.  It is anticipated that these shares will be
admitted on or around 12 September 2007.
