Announcement to the London Stock Exchange
The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares). This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
On 15 January 2009, the Company granted conditional awards over Shares to those executive directors and PDMRs listed below (Awards) under the terms of the Assura Group Limited Executive Equity Incentive Plan (Plan). Details of the Plan, including the vesting hurdles (performance conditions) that apply to Awards, were set out in Part 10 of the Assura Group Limited Prospectus which was posted to shareholders on 28 October 2008.
