The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) in the Company's ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares). This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a).
Andrew Darke and Tim Davies have each forfeited conditional awards over 700,000 Shares (Awards) under the terms of the Assura Group Limited Executive Equity Incentive Plan (Plan) as amended. Their interests in the share capital of the Company are now as below:
