The Company announces that on 15 December 2011 Simon Laffin, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 32,456 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 30.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Laffin has an interest in 254,094 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
