The Company announces that on 24 February 2012 Simon Laffin, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 618,793 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 32.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Laffin has an interest in 986,096 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
