The Company announces that on 29 June 2012 Simon Laffin, Non-executive Chairman, purchased 218,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 27.06 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Laffin has an interest in 1,204,095 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
